At Tonalli Therapy & Consulting, we provide individual therapy for adults in Orinda, Oakland, Berkeley, and throughout the Bay Area — with virtual therapy available to anyone in California. Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, identity, or past experiences that still feel heavy, our approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in your full context — not just your symptoms. We offer therapy in English and Spanish, and we specialize in supporting first-generation, Latinx, and immigrant adults who are often carrying more than anyone around them realizes.
