Bilingual, trauma-informed therapy in Berkeley, Walnut Creek & across California.
Specializing in trauma, anxiety, and intergenerational healing — using EMDR, IFS, and culturally responsive care.
You don’t have to carry it all alone
You've been holding things together for a long time - for your family, your work, the people who depend on you. But underneath, the anxiety doesn't quiet. The patterns from your childhood keep showing up in your relationships. The grief, the burnout, the weight of what your family carried before you. It's still there.
At Tonalli, we work with individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, intergenerational pain, and life transitions. Many of our clients are first- and second-generation, balancing two or more cultures and the expectations of people who love them.
We're trauma-informed and culturally responsive, and we use evidence-based approaches.
Therapy with us is collaborative, paced to what feels safe, and offered in English and Spanish. We meet you in-person at our offices in Berkeley and Walnut Creek or by telehealth anywhere in California.

You’ll also have the chance to ask questions and get a feel for whether the fit feels right. This is a collaborative process- we move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
